Focused on wellbeing in the workplace
GSE masters all aspects of a project’s design and build. Architecture and design play a fundamental role and must reflect the company’s values, graphic guidelines and image. We pay particular attention to interior design and user comfort.
A dedicated team suggests user-friendly solutions to improve working conditions: acoustics, natural light, temperature and air quality are measured and investigated for each project.
After your building’s handover, GSE will also help you supervise and run it by collecting and analysing all your energy consumption data. This service makes your operations more sustainable and improves your overall environmental record.

IDEA’PARK: modular space for a cluster of businesses
Designed as a home for 10 to 30 businesses, IDEA’PARK is an exclusive GSE concept. These highly modular commercial premises can accommodate small and medium companies, craftsmen, retailers and professionals.
An IDEA’PARK project is developed in partnership with local authorities. The business park is managed in such a way as to contribute to the quality of the local environment and to develop a strategic location. To date, about ten parks have been built in France.
