Diversity at GSE

The diversity of GSE’s commercial real estate projects is outstanding: we design & build logistics warehouses, industrial sites, offices, car parks, conference centres and leisure facilities.

But our diversity is also cultural. We have employees from 26 nationalities: Belgian, Bolivian, Brazilian, Canadian, Chinese, Colombian, Ecuadorian, English, French, Guatemalan, Hungarian, Italian, Lebanese, Mauritanian, Moroccan, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Syrian, Togolese, Tunisian, Ukrainian, Venezuelan, and Zambian.

At GSE, we are committed to equal opportunity and we implement policies to promote diversity, gender equality and the employment of people with disabilities.

In 2020, we joined the “Fondation Agir Contre l’Exclusion” (FACE) in the Vaucluse département of southern France. And GSE aims to do more as a socially responsible corporate player. We continue to analyse our strengths and areas for improvement in the implementation of actions that foster diversity. We focus in particular on disability: we help persons with special needs access the job market and fulfil their professional ambitions.

Women at GSE

GSE is committed to gender equality. We are eager to attract talented women to our teams – and we are making progress. We have no doubt that diversity brings value to our company.

The women of GSE are here to prove it!

my mobility

A GSE veteran of more than 20 years, Antonio built his civil engineering expertise in various subsidiaries, working as Project Manager, Project Director and – since 2016 – as the Country Manager of Spain and Head of Real Estate Pre-Development in Europe. He has successfully launched subsidiaries in Croatia and Romania and has worked with GSE’s Polish and German teams.

my workplace

Our head office in Avignon has its own sports facilities and relaxation area.

On our construction sites, our high-end portable site offices are designed for employee wellbeing. “It’s important, because we spend two or three days a week there, and we feel just as comfortable as at the office – and the ambiance is great!” said Project Directors Chloé and Philippe.
