Scam alert

Currently, various scams are being deployed through the impersonatation of the company’s GSE brand and its employees. For example, fraudsters use the name of GSE to place orders: the goods are shipped but the invoice is never paid. Other fraudsters pretend to be GSE employees and communicate a change of banking institution or bank account details in order to embezzle funds at the expense of its customers and prospects.

 

These scams can take the form of emails and phone calls and use impersonated identities and false business documents. The best way to avoid falling victim to these scams is to be vigilant:

 

• Forward and only accept information from people with an email address like xxx@gsegroup.com

 

• Be vigilant on the phone, if you don’t recognize the GSE representative call us at +33 (0) 4 90 23 74 00 or with the form below

 

If the fraud is confirmed, file a complaint as soon as possible. We also recommend that, even if no damage has been done, you contact one of the government sites in charge of recording such cases. Reporting is helpful in preventing future scam attempts.
