Quality architecture and top-of-the-range offices
Captain Tortue, a subsidiary of LVMH and the European leader in home sales for fashion goods, decided to build new offices and a storage warehouse to handle its increase in business. GSE was entrusted with the operation for which it paid particular attention to the offices’ architecture and comfort.
The building is based on the MODULOG concept, a construction system integrating all the specificities of a logistics building and optimizing costs and schedules. The site includes 5,700 m² of buildings devoted to storage and order preparation and 1,800 m² of up-market offices on two floors.
