Monoprix, France’s leading city-centre supermarket chain, wanted to refurbish a building that no longer met its business needs. This four-storey building, financed by Monoprix and real estate investment company SCI Poirier, was completed in a record time of 8 months. With a surface area of 2,900 m², the property has the capacity for 1,165 people.
