What’s your project ?

Our presence in Europe

Confluence was created in Italy in 2017 to offer land and real estate opportunities to clients wishing to carry out operations in the logistics, industrial and services sectors.

Building on our success in Italy, where we developed almost 500,000 m² of land, we expanded in 2021 into France, Spain and Portugal, under the leadership of Antonio Guarascio.

Confluence is represented by Matthieu Portal in France, Miguel Zornosa in Spain and Tiago Martins Leite in Portugal.

A team dedicated to development

Confluence was created in 2017 to offer clients a full service of land and commercial real estate development. Our team of experts specialises in designing and executing operations that address the challenges of land scarcity, regulatory constraints and the environmental transition. Transparency is fundamental to everything we do. We aim to build long-term partnerships and to ensure that all your projects are recognised and lucrative.

A logistics park in Troyes

GSE subsidiary Confluence initiated a 91,000 m² Class A logistics platform project in Troyes, 140 km east of Paris: the Parc logistique de l’Aube business park. This sustainable project will include water-saving systems, solar panels and biodiversity preservation measures. It is aiming for the BREEAM Excellent certificate and the BiodiverCity label.

The building is divisible, flexible and modular, making it suitable for a wide range of environmentally licenced business categories, in line with the market’s expectations.
