ICKO
A multi-activity building for the European beekeeping equipment leader
GSE created a bespoke building for beekeeping equipment manufacturer ICKO, in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, north of Avignon. It brings together under one roof 9,000 m² of storage space, a 3,000 m² production workshop, 1,000 m² of offices and a 900 m² shop.
Based on the GSE MODULOG concept, the layout and fixtures of this building’s interior and exterior optimise its value in use. Particular attention was paid to the interior design and employees’ wellbeing. To improve environmental performance, the car park and the building are equipped with solar panels.
