A new business park near Nantes

The Parc du Moulin is a 9,800 m² business park built in Carquefou, Nantes metropolitan area. This modern facility comprises 22 modular units in four buildings, suited for a variety of activities

Designed by TADAMM Architecture, the project focused on architectural quality and landscaping, to blend harmoniously into the urban environment. The interior spaces deliver a high standard of comfort and flexibility for offices and production. Just off the A11 motorway, the site has 139 parking spaces, including 35 reserved spaces and 13 with charging stations, as well as 88 secure bicycle spaces.

The business park was awarded a BREEAM Very Good certificate, reflecting its energy efficiency, reduced carbon footprint, high comfort level and respect for biodiversity.
