Two office buildings with high energy performance
GSE built for Granitic an office complex of two buildings with a surface of 2, 480 m². This two-storey building is based on the CECODIA concept.
It is the first wooden frame building to be labeled Bepos Effinergie 2017 in Bordeaux Metropole.
It has high energy and environmental performance (classified E3C1) : photovoltaic power plant supplying equipment in common areas (elevator, sockets for electric vehicles, lighting in common areas), but also outdoor units and ducted indoor units.
