GSE wins the SIMI 2020 Grands Prix for the ARTS Project!

During the French commercial real estate trade fair SIMI, a jury of real estate and logistics managers from major French companies rewarded the best completed and occupied buildings that are the hallmark of excellence in commercial real estate.

GSE is honoured to have received a Grand Prix in the Logistics Real Estate category for the ARTS conservation centre.

We would like to thank CHENUE and ADP for the trust they placed in us throughout this wonderful adventure. This huge safe dressed in white concrete gives everyone a new perspective on logistics buildings – and we are all very proud of it,” said Bruno Becker, Design & Estimating Director at the GSE Group.

The ARTS conservation centre is the first building entirely conceived, designed and built to conserve works of art in a controlled atmosphere with an oxygen reduction system. Entirely modelled using BIM, the 24,913 m², three-storey building provides storage space with innovative technologies that ensure the artworks’ ultra-secure protection.

HQE certified to the Very High level, the entire building meets the strictest environmental criteria.
