How can you guarantee a building’s sustainability and energy efficiency?
We can guarantee performance levels by deploying sustainable materials, energy management systems and environmentally responsible construction practices.
Is the Blue Suite® Compass offered free of charge?
Yes, access to the Compass simulations is entirely free of charge for all our clients. This service is managed by the engineers of our Green Buildings department.
Is Blue Building offered as standard?
Yes, Blue Building is included as standard in every project. It exceeds legal requirements at no extra cost to our clients. One of the solutions included by default is the use of low-carbon concrete.
Do I have to take the Blue Suite®?
No, it is up to you whether you take the Blue Suite® offer. However, it provides valuable support to ensure that projects meet the highest standards of sustainability and performance. Although optional, the Blue Suite® is a major asset for developing the most cost-effective and environmentally-friendly buildings.
How does the Blue Suite® Compass work?
The Blue Suite® Compass is an online tool that allows you to view your project’s full environmental profile, based on performance criteria such as energy, carbon and biodiversity. Each category is assessed individually using specific indicators, measuring the impact and effectiveness of each option.
Does the Blue Suite® also apply to renovation projects?
Yes, the Blue Suite® covers all GSE’s areas of activity, including logistics, industrial and services building renovation.
Is the Blue Suite® an environmental certificate?
No, the Blue Suite® is not a certificate. It’s GSE’s own internal process, which enables us to offer pragmatic technical solutions in various areas. It is primarily intended for clients who do not wish to undergo a rigid certification process, but wish to introduce more innovation into their projects – which certification sometimes interferes with.
