Combined environmental approach and industrial performance
SNCF Immobilier selected GSE to build this modern and innovative technical centre as part of a High Environmental Quality (HQE) and industrial performance approach. It notably hosts an excellence workshop specialising in the repair of electromechanical parts and engineering assignments.
The technical centre, comprised of 10,000 m² of workshops, 10,000 m² of storage and 3,200 m² of offices, was designed using BIM and incorporates the latest technologies to reduce energy consumption. It is certified HQE Excellent.

Today, when we observe the completed project, the employees’ satisfaction, the resulting image and the new processes which establish Romilly as a centre of excellence, we truly have a fantastic project, which does honour to those who built it, to the SNCF and to the railway group in general
