Design and construction of a 495-space multi-storey car park

The project to build a 495-space multi-storey car park is part of the development of the “Domaine de Geneste,” a future living space consisting of offices, shops, and residential units. Entrusted to GSE by Nhood, which collaborates with Ceetrus and Nodi, the objective is to pool parking needs and optimize land use by organizing it vertically.

GSE redesigned the project to ensure a high level of quality, a rapid installation time, and limited maintenance costs, while meeting economic constraints. The car park comprises 11 split-levels and allows for efficient space management and cost savings thanks to an industrialized system.
