Reorganising the process to grow business
GSE built a 56,000 m2 storage warehouse for the leading tyre manufacturer, including 1,500 m2 of office space – in just 10 months, on an occupied site. The aim was to bring together the client’s teams and activities in a single location and to reorganise the process. GSE was responsible for the entire project, supporting Michelin from the building’s design to its completion.
