MEDIACO

A logistics project with a strong environmental focus

 

After a first building in 2021 (70 000m²) in Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhone, near Marseille, GSE built in 2022 a second logistics warehouse for MEDIACO, in the same area.

 

Energy and environmental performance were central the project. The architects designed a warehouse that blends into its surroundings thanks to a green roof and a coloured façade. The building is flexible, with enhanced interior fixtures & layout and 26 dock doors on the front for optimised logistics flows.
