A modular approach to building a factory in several phases
LISI AEROSPACE, specialised in the manufacturing of parts for the aerospace industry, selected GSE to modernise and expand its site. Planned in several phases, the site started with a production unit of 10,000 m² (workshops and premises). This unit, with its careful architecture, prioritises energy performance and employee well-being: natural lighting, outside views and acoustic comfort.
In order to anticipate the needs of the site’s future phases, GSE proposed modularity and flexibility solutions, allowing operations to continue while making the project viable over the long-term.
