A 23,000 m² factory for aeronautical equipment manufacturer LISI Aerospace

GSE designed an industrial complex for the LISI Aerospace group. This 23,200 m² project, including 3,100 m² of offices, addresses both architectural challenges and the technical constraints of the ICPE environmental standard. With its 11-metre clear height, this factory is a feat of modernity and innovation.

Built on tricky terrain, the facility provides 10 forging units, including the civil engineering components, the chemical surface treatment workshops, heat recovery systems, as well as vibration mitigation treatment.

Flexible and comfortable for its users, the project also focused on the building’s energy performance, including limiting water use in the production process.
