IRIS OHYAMA Lieusaint (77) - France
A new production and distribution site for the world leader in plastics
GSE has designed and built a 65,000m² mixed industrial and logistics building for the Japanese company Iris Ohyama, the world leader for manufacturing plastic mass-market goods. Located in the Parc du Levant in Sénart, this project is the Japanese group’s first building in France (its second in Europe).
The site consists of a production workshop of 23,000 m² on two floors, a logistics and order-preparation activity covering 37,000 m², and offices on 3,000 m². As the headquarters of its French subsidiary, the site is intended to accelerate the group’s business development in Europe.
