GSE responded Immasset request, specialist in project management assistance for business real estate operators, to build a 28,000 m² logistics warehouse, made for storing heating, ventilation and plumbing equipment.
GSE was really reactive to meet delivery requirements and start construction without delay, in the context of Covid-19 crisis.
The building has two cells of 12,000 m² and 2,500 m² of mezzanine with process automation. The building is certified BREEAM-VERY GOOD.
