A custom design for the parts recycling leader

 

GSE built an 18,000 m² plant for French company GPA, which specialises in recycling car parts. Located in Livron-sur-Drôme, near Valence, the plant meets the growth needs of this family-owned, medium-sized business, which is committed to the values of sustainable development and the circular economy.

 

The building was designed to handle the weight of the equipment: 500 kg/m² on the ground level (over 12,000 m²) and 100 kg/m² on the mezzanine (over 5,800 m²). The 12-meter-high mixed concrete & wood frame lets in natural light, for users’ greater comfort. This project was also designed to be flexible and anticipate the installation of new operational processes.
