To handle the extensive growth of its business in France, Amazon, the world leader in e-commerce, has entrusted GSE with building several logistics platforms.
This example is an XXL size platform with a surface area of 99,525 m² located in the north of France. Exemplary in environmental terms, the platform is the first building in France to be certified BREEAM “VERY GOOD”.
Financed by Goodman on behalf of Amazon, the project is the result of a precursory e-commerce concept. The order processing centre was completed in a record time of 10.5 months, thanks to the FAST TRACK system developed by GSE.
