Construction of a 533-space LCV parking lot
The project involves the construction of a 533-space parking lot for light commercial vehicles (LCVs), including 478 spaces with electric vehicle charging stations and a 55-space waiting area. Working with LOGICOR, the objective was to optimize the project both technically and financially from the design stage. A very tight completion deadline was set to meet the client’s requirements.
This custom-built parking lot, designed for a specific user, spans four levels, covering a total area of 33,716 m². It is fully equipped for electric charging, built of concrete on a derelict site, with an electrical capacity of 3.5 GW, and includes facilities such as a guardhouse and technical rooms. A landscaped façade adds an aesthetic dimension to the project.
