GSE builds FRUIDOR’s first production facility

Fruit specialist FRUIDOR asked GSE to build its first production facility. To meet the needs of its growing business, the leading French network of ripening rooms decided to establish its own depot in the Bordeaux region.

Thanks to the 5,300 m² new building, FRUIDOR can import, ripen and market its fruit for distribution across France. Comprising offices, social premises, a ripening room and a mechanical room, the facility centralises all activities on a single site.

In line with the client’s environmental responsibility policy, the project has a solar power plant to promote self-consumption, enabling the building to meet the French ICPE 22.20 environmental standard.
