A new flagship project in Hamburg: Germany’s first multistorey logistics centre
Working with Four Parx and AEW, GSE completed the construction of Mach2, Germany’s first two-storey logistics centre. With a total floor area of 123,000 m², this facility is located in the immediate vicinity of the port of Hamburg and has become the star project of Germany’s logistics real estate sector.
It is also one of the most significant brownfield redevelopments in the country.
