A new generation industrial laundry
In order to develop its activities in Spain, the ELIS group, European leader in the laundry sector, selected GSE to construct a new generation factory. A true showcase for energy saving, the building is equipped with photovoltaic panels that produce the equivalent of 20% of the energy consumption.
Second project entrusted to GSE by ELIS, support was provided throughout the project, from the search for land to the delivery of the turnkey building. Special attention was paid to user comfort through interior finishes and thermal comfort.
