GSE built the new factory for the Mexican industrial bakery group Grupo Bimbo, with a total area of 11,000 m². This factory increases production capacity in France and optimises the supply chains in the region.
The site includes a storage area for raw materials and finished products as well as the production area, covering an area of 10,050 m². The other 950 m² of the building accommodates offices and living areas. This project is certified HQE “Very Good” thanks to the BMS (Building Management System) process and energy management.
