A plant nestled in the mountains

 

On behalf of the Compagnie des Pyrénées, GSE built a water bottling plant over more than 5,500 m². To ensure the project’s feasibility, many consultations were held with the local authorities. Indeed, the building had to comply with the French law on water and – most importantly – preserve the local biodiversity.

 

In the heart of the mountains, at more than 1,200 metres above sea level, the project team factored the bottling plant’s various production processes into the facility’s design.

 

The building, which blends in with its environment, includes three bottling lines, as well as storage areas and offices. It meets the IFS and BRC food standards.
