Cecodia La Fleuriaye, France’s first Passivhaus Premium-certified office building
Applying its proprietary CECODIA concept, GSE is building France’s first Passivhaus Premium-certified office building. The project, delivering 1,660m² of floor space, is located in a sustainable, climate-neutral neighbourhood and serves as a life-size demonstration of next-gen construction. The innovative building is designed to be eco-friendly, comfortable and connected.
The project’s special features include solar panels on the roof, triple-glazed windows, automated adjustable sunshades, an airtight envelope and humidity control. The equipment’s very high performance guarantees maximum energy efficiency and optimum comfort for occupants.
