The building has a Cell (15/25°), a mixed cell (15/25° et -2/8°), a two-level undercover sprinkler, and one rack.
The construction time was very short, with specifications in constant evolution. The building is certified BREEAM-VERY GOOD.
The site is under the TAPA FSR B standard (integration of the safety and security in management process) and has received FM GLOBAL approval.
