A high-tech production facility for France’s dental implant leader

Biotech Dental asked GSE to build its new factory in Salon-de-Provence, near Marseille.

Set on a 2.5-acre plot of land, the three-storey building offers 2,875 m² of floor space, divided between the workshop (1,000 m²) and the offices (1,875 m²). The workshop and part of the offices were fitted with translucent cladding to provide natural light. A 60 m² glass roof brings daylight straight into the middle of the workshop, creating a bright, open space that improves the workers’ wellbeing.

The site is home to four production lines equipped with 3D printers and thermoforming & finishing tools. It’s Europe’s largest production plant for aligners, operated by a European company.
