A Cécodia building focused on the quality of work-life
GSE has designed and built a unique, customised office for the world leader in automated entrance solutions. This “Cécodia” building, an exclusive GSE concept, has an eco-certified wooden frame and gives priority to user comfort. The “Cécodia” construction system is characterized by its low carbon footprint and energy performance over and above regulatory requirements.
Multifunctional, on a total of 4,500 m², the site combines bright offices on three floors, storage areas, a showroom, a training school, and a company restaurant focusing on organic products, as well as sports and relaxation areas for employees. Over and above these functions, the company also wanted to make its site a real showcase for its know-how and existing achievements.

With this new project for the headquarters of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems France, our objective was to bring our three operating entities together in a single location so that we can strengthen our collaboration together, share information, and optimise our organisation
