ARaymondLife builds its new production site with GSE
The ARaymond group, a world leader in fastening and assembly solutions, particularly in the automotive sector, and its subsidiary ARAYMOND LIFE, operating in the pharmaceutical sector, have launched a project to design and build a 15,000 m² production plant, including 3,000 m² of ISO 7 and 8 clean rooms. This project aims to develop a patented cap system for the medical field, manufactured by plastic injection.
The main challenges of the project cover several areas. Environmentally, it involves preserving biodiversity and using bio-sourced materials and wood from the local sector. In terms of quality of life at work, the emphasis is on the quality of the interior design, biophilia, gardens, acoustics, and thermal comfort. The design must be flexible and modular to facilitate future extensions. Finally, the energy objectives are ambitious with optimized insulation, effective treatment of thermal bridges, reinforced air-tightness, and optimized energy consumption systems.
The project presents notable specificities such as very high energy performance challenges with a performance guarantee, speed and flexibility of space evolution, compliance with ICPE regulations, and optimization of clean room consumption. It also aims for LEED – SILVER certification, ensuring high energy performance thanks to airtightness, a high albedo roof, excellent insulation, and effective treatment of thermal bridges. The architecture of the offices is designed in a comb with a wooden frame, and wooden facades and roofs, thus guaranteeing high-level performance.
