GSE delivers the first section of the OPUS PARK production building in Toulouse
In Toulouse, GSE has built a new business village for small and medium enterprises, in full cooperation with the local authorities.
This IDÉA’PARK project, based on a concept developed by GSE, offers units ranging from 150 m² to 1,000 m² for sale or rent. This mix of production premises and offices covers a total surface area of 3,835 m² across three buildings.
GSE assisted the investor with all the administrative procedures and financial arrangements and is actively involved in marketing the business park.
The business village is designed for maximum flexibility: the individual units can be re-divided into premises as small as 75 m². The first, 1,372 m² building was fully fitted out and delivered in early February 2020; the second will be inaugurated in September 2020.
