HARBERT and FONCIERE MAGELLAN contract GSE to build a 10,000 m² business park near Nantes

Harbert European Real Estate Fund V and Foncière Magellan announced the purchase of a plot of land in Nantes Metropolis, in the municipality of Carquefou, and the signature of a real estate development contract with GSE to build a speculative business park of approximately 10,000 m².

 

This state-of-the-art business park (Class A) will be ready to open by early 2023. It will include 22 modular units ranging from 260 m² to 950 m² and will be able to accommodate any type of activity.

 

Built to high environmental standards (BREEAM Very Good), it will have solar panels installed on the roof. This high-quality approach enables the project to promote a level of design and construction that guarantees good energy performance, a lower carbon footprint, user friendliness and integration into the environment that minimises the impact on biodiversity.

 

The certification process, led by the expertise of GSE and its partners, guides the entire project from the design phase through to the construction phase, reflecting the project owner’s commitment to quality.

Thanks to everyone’s contribution, GSE was able to propose a consistent certification process adapted to the needs of Harbert and Foncière Magellan, which wished to factor environmental aspects into the operation.
