That’s what happened to François, Industry Design Director for Europe: “I changed responsibilities when I came back. I was able to follow a pharmaceutical customer on its projects in Europe and then I had the opportunity to go and work abroad. That was exactly what I was looking for. Sadek, a former Projects Director, had left GSE to join a client; his return was marked by an opportunity for a Senior Research Director position closer to his aspirations: “What attracted me was the richness of the professions at GSE. You know what you’re leaving behind, but not what you’ll find ahead. And for Matthieu, Director of Confluence France, the return marked a step forward: “My experience elsewhere enabled me to bring an additional skill set to GSE.
