		On the occasion of this 4th SIMI fair, GSE participated in the “Round Table” on the 1 December at 10 o’clock on the following theme: “The logistics property market and long term development”.   I/ “The logistics park concept and the ‘green’ warehouse” – speech by Patrick Canac, Managing Director, GSE. II/ “The Prologis park at Chanteloup: new-generation warehouses set in an English garden (HQE label)” – speech by Ranald Hahn, Managing Director, Prologis. III/ “Gazeley Magnapark: a site for the development of renewable sources of energy” – speech by Tina Paillet, Development Director and by Ian Worboys, President and Managing Director, Gazeley Properties. IV/ “Industrial park at Porte de Vémars: an industrial park with global management for long term development” – speech by Gérard Passera, Development Director, GSE (and the park Development Manager) and by JM Porche, urban architectural designer and architect on this project. V/ “End user’s viewpoint on the new-generation logistics property construction” – speech by Frédéric Auzolle, Director of ACR Logistics.
