This GSE integration approach successfully started last year, with 15 graduate engineers from the 2007 class who followed the first training session and are all still on the job! The "Class of 2008" means an entire year with an emphasis on accompaniment and gradual shouldering of responsibilities. The "graduate engineers" benefit from a sponsorship period and a monthly program of training courses in the fields of project management and construction engineering. Hired with open-ended contracts, the young engineers have the opportunity to work side-by-side with the more experienced professionals on projects in design phase and in construction phase. Hired to work for GSE, CCR or GAM Ingénierie, the young engineers reinforce the GSE Group’s technical and sales teams at headquarters and in the subsidiaries in France and abroad. They help GSE serve its clients’ needs wherever they plan to build new projects.
