A building built by GSE for DHL elected "Best Warehouse" in Hungary.
On 4 December 2007, the building built by GSE for DHL in Budapest was awarded the 2007 prize for the “Best Logistics Development – Warehouse – Hungary”. Newland Estates (Michal Kft), the investor in this real estate project, was the one to accept the trophy awarded by the Construction and Investment Journal.
The jury, made up of industrial leaders, bankers, insurers, developers and investors, selected the GSE project from among 7 other industrial and logistics developments built in Hungary during 2007.
The GSE building covers a total surface area of 13,400 m² and serves as the headquarters for DHL, the world leader in express deliveries. The building also includes a logistics platform which centralises the DHL Freight and DHL Express activity in Hungary.
