With this new strategic decision, GAM INGENIERIE, which builds for the major French distributors, will benefit from the strong GSE network to work with its clients abroad in their international expansion, under the management of Mr. Frédéric GRAS and Mr. Laurent DESPRETZ. With this new partnership, GSE expands provision of its General Contractor services to mass distribution through the expertise, reputation and references supplied by GAM INGENIERIE. The outstanding balance between GSE and GAM INGENIERIE and their complementary corporate cultures connect these two companies and enables them to provide the shopping centre construction market with a global offer, high added value and the capacity to guarantee every stage of the construction project in France and abroad. A new CCR agency in Orléans: Adding to its network of agencies which aims to cover all of France, the CCR firm, subsidiary of the GSE group, is expanding its activities in the centre of France, based in Orléans, in partnership with GAM INGENIERIE which will be providing CCR with great opportunities  for rapid growth.

		The Regional Contractor Company (Compagnie des Contractants Régionaux) - CCR – designs and builds retail centres and industrial, logistics and office buildings. Founded in 2003 under the auspices of the GSE Group*, CCR has built a national network of local agencies which apply GSE expertise in the design and construction of turnkey buildings for the industrial, logistics and office sector. In addition, CCR works with its clients in every phase of the construction project, providing expert assistance in financing, administrative authorisations, land search, site qualification and other steps. After 4 years of activity, CCR achieved turnover of approximately 40 M€ in 2006 and has an order volume over 80 M€ in 2007.
