GSE builds the first logistics project for Gazeley in China.

Gazeley, logistics real estate developer, has just selected GSE to build its first logistics platform in Tianjin, south of Beijing.

The procedure applied by GSE is based on a joint approach to all project phases, enabling GAZELEY to benefit from all the advantages essential to the turnkey construction contract, including simplified interface between process and construction engineering, optimized costs and guaranteed delivery times. The GSE approach also best covers the requirements and complexity inherent in this construction project.

This ambitious construction site started up in March 2007 and will be completed in record time of 7 months.

The construction of this logistics platform meets the strict fire protection standards and incorporates environmentally-friendly building elements. This new operation in China emphasizes GSE’s determination to work with its clients abroad, accompanying them in their international development, here with Gazeley in China, in the logistics sector.

In the two past years, GSE has delivered approximately 100,000 m² of logistics platforms in this country.
