Construction of an electrical components production plant for Schneider in Tianjin, total surface 7,077sqm.

Shanghai - Bashan District

Factory of 10,000sqm for the manufacture of power transformers from 35 to 500 kV.

- 1 overhead crane of 250T
- A 31 meter high test building, forming a 47,000m3 faraday cage
- Concrete slab with 450T single load on 12sqm
- A 35kV substation able to reach 5,000KVA

Wuxi - Wuxi Shuofang Industrial Park

Design and build a foundry of 10,500sqm destined for the production of iron ducting (15,000 tonnes / year) for this producer of metal manhole covers for wet or dry networks.

Technology features special foundations for process equipment, O2 and GPL station and a 30KV power station with a 6.3 MVA capacity.

Shanghai - Shanghai Spark Development Zone

Manufacturing plant for the production of glass brick and glass insulator for electrical lines with annual capacity 24,000T.

Total surface 20,000sqm of which main process factory 14,600sqm and offices 1,080sqm on 3 levels.

Hangzhou - Hangzhou Xiasha Economic Development Zone

Extension of an assembly unit for looms for the weaving industry, works consist of adding two production halls stretching from one side to the other of the existing building with a total surface area of 4,250sqm.

Works carried out without interruption of daily production.

Tianjin - Tianjin Huayuan Industrial Zone

Manufacturing facility for the production of smart cards: printing, embedding and assembly concerning the GSM and phone cards.
Surface area : 11,800sqm including clean room class 10,000 et 100,000.

Nanchang - Liantang

Design and build of a laboratory of Quality Control for Merial's vaccine production site.

Critical standards of controlled and ultraclean environments such as Control laboratory Class D, Microbiology laboratory Class C, Bacteriology laboratory Class B, Control of pressure levels and decontamination cycles, Filtration of rejected products and Distribution of fluids and gasses.

Shanghai - Songjiang

Design and build a cable production plant for RFS, a global radio frequency system provider and a wholly subsidiary of Alcatel. Project under 2 phases with an area of 9,000sqm. 

Fire-fighting system follows FM rules.

Wuhan - Donghu Hi-Tech Development Area

Design and build an industrial complex of 150,000sqm build on a land of 47 hectare, comprising workshops 120,000sqm, offices 15,000sqm including a conference room of 500 seats, manufacturing office and social room 9,000sqm.

Ecological solutions such as energy saving lighting, solar water heater, geothermal system, solar wall, etc.
