The Quality plan

A Quality Plan is established with each client on every project which anticipates performance and quality at every stage, including site specifics - land, building size, design and client specific issues, such as environmental and delivery deadlines, thus ensuring that quality is paramount throughout the project.

Benchmarking

In addition, GSE undertake the “benchmarking”of all projects with a formal review at various stages including: Project Evaluation launch, Document Review Offer, Activation, Purchasing, Quality and Construction, these enable GSE to provide global quality objectives.
