		Situation: Avignon, Agroparc site Building description: head office for the McCormick France group Surface area: 6 244 m² Key dates: • Start of works: June 2003 • Date of handover: June 2004 • Building available for use before completion of works. Handover in May for installation of computer network.

		Client’s brief
		McCormick presented GSE with the following objectives: Identification of a suitable site in the Grand Avignon (COGA) area and to obtain the building permit. Proposal of financial solutions. Design the building leaving open the possibility of a future extension, or for subsequent re-sale to a property investor. Respect the McCormick France image.
