		The GSE approach ties in with our client's tendency to out-source and to focus on their core activities.

One objective: performance

Conscious of the need for a rapid return on investment, industrial clients wish to see short construction timescales, a reduction in costs and increased profits on capital investment. Faced with the complexity, specialisation and speed of construction, the profession of turnkey contractor rises to the forefront. In addition GSE offers simplified and clarified procedures whilst limiting the number of points of contact, integrating the process equipment and committing to a fixed price, deadline and performance (level of service, quality, respect for norms etc).

Our expertise

GSE tackles complex subjects such as the construction of a research laboratory for the “Institut Français du Pétrole” (French Petroleum Institute) and a vaccine production unit for Aventis Pasteur.

Over the last few years there have been several operations in particular which have reinforced this expertise:

a property construction project of offices and laboratories carried out by Natiocredimurs-Cicobail on the site of the “Ecole Polytechnique” at Palaiseau (91), destined to house the new Research centre of the Thales group;
the construction of a factory in the Ukraine for Philip Morris;
a factory for the production of glass bricks and electrical insulators for the Vetroarredo group in China.
