Up until now, each GSE building project was approached much like a prototype. Technical solutions were developed from a blank sheet of paper to address each client’s needs. Business Development Managers’ skills increased with each new project, and added value techniques sometimes remained highly individual and locally based.  GSE’s has now developed a system that brings together all the source information derived from its rich, diverse, multi-cultural experience across 15 countries worldwide. Capitalizing on technical innovations, experience and the cultural diversity of GSE’s teams, enables GSE to satisfy the common needs and aspirations of its international clients.
Creative energy needs to be channeled and across the whole firm individuals were asking for a forum in order to exchange views and experiences. The common view was that it had become necessary to provide GSE’s consultants, clients and collaborators, with a new approach that was based on the widest possible vision shaped to future needs and to the worldwide search for efficiency with sustainability. A first think tank was held in January 2005, with the objective of bringing together Experience and Innovation. | 
In order to optimize construction, GSE provides a single contract covering building design and construction with guaranteed services, prices and deadlines. The GSE concept has met with great success over time. Highly relevant, it meets corporate building requirements across the board. Over the years GSE has continued to develop its systems and products by incorporating feed-back from its world wide experience with added value from its own Research and Development. 
Our observation of the development path traveled by the automobile over the past 50 years has provided a model to steer the directions that we pursued in our research. Motorcars today offer greater comfort, greater user-friendliness, greater safety, more reliability, more practical functions, more versatility and multiple uses, better ecological and environmental sustainability, better performance on the road, lower manufacturing costs, lower running costs. 100 ideas were born. Ten were selected, with the objective of implementing them in 2005.
