Construction of a logistics platform for Gazeley in Spain

Gazeley España entrusts GSE again for the realization of a logistics platform in Alovera (Guadalajara) 50 Km North-East of Madrid on the A2 highway.

This warehouse of 43,000 m² includes a storage zone (low bay and high bay), a cold room, a cross-docking zone, and another of copacking.

Technical description

Concrete and steel frame.
Fire wall 2 hours.
36 dock levellers, type autodocks and 2 de type taut-liner.
Réseau de sprinklers.
1.460 m² of offices on 2 floors of 730 m².
2 types of storage:
- « low-bay » zone with clearance height of 11.43 m,
- « high-bay » zone with clearance height of 15.65 m,
Cold room of 7 500 m².
3 battery charging rooms for a total surface of 1 000 m².
Cladding with horizontal panels of blue colour, according to standards of Gazeley.
Parks: 8.522 m².
