GSE offers various contractual arrangements, depending on your needs: design and turnkey construction, design only services, engineering and surveys for a turnkey contract, project management, etc.
GSE provides support in all administrative procedures required for construction - or carries them out on behalf of the client. These include filing for building permits and applications for environmental authorisations.
A dedicated GSE team offers various solutions for energy savings and user wellbeing - in terms of air quality, tempeature control, natural light and carbon footprint.
GSE coordinates all trades to create a custom-made building - with guaranteed prices and deadlines.
A dedicated department helps clients implement their environmental strategies: green construction sites, certificates (BREEAM, LEED, HQE, BEPOS label), sustainable buildings.
Throughout the construction phase, the GSE team ensures the safety of the people on site and carries out quality checks.
A detailed visit of the site with the project owner ensures that the work has been carried out in full (and that reservations are removed).
Our Client Service Department supports clients after the handover, during the one-year defects liability period. In addition, our Serenity service can ensure that all equipment remains in good working order after the building is delivered.
GSE remains available after the building's handover and can provide support in the management of its ten-year warrantly (depending on country).
