Designed and executed by GSE

H&M, a Swedish clothing apparel company, wanted to consolidate 2 of its warehouses into a single distribution centre in Torrejon, Spain. This project, financed by IDI GAZELEY, was completed within a very tight deadline.

GSE rose to the challenge in just 11 months. This building was HQE SILVER LEED certified.
