Expertise activities

Expertise activities include the Studies, Purchases, Quality/Safety, Technical Lots, After-sales service, etc. activities directly linked to the project manager. Every expert is accountable for the application of the relevant policy, tools and good practices in their area of expertise, providing the technical teams with assistance in their projects on a daily basis. 

Our business experts work well in a team, have excellent critical and well-structured judgement and negotiation skills, allowing them to thrive within the GSE Group.

Sales engineer

Their mission is to develop their customer portfolio and sell turnkey projects relating to the construction of professional buildings, in a specific sector (logistics, industry & tertiary, retail property) and/or geographical area (France/Europe/China).  

As a genuine project leader, they identify the needs of potential/existing customers at a very early stage, develop the commercial strategy and put together their offer based on a multidisciplinary team (technical, legal, financial). They monitor the execution of the contract from signature to delivery of the project.

 

 

 

 

Development director

In charge of the development of a branch and/or business sector, they are responsible for identifying land acquisition opportunities and detecting new corporate property projects. They manage a number of projects, from the programming stage to the signing of the construction contract.

They are accountable for the profitability of the branch and/or business unit, in conjunction with the Technical Director. As such, they are involved in operations budgetary control, team supervision and branch management, with customer satisfaction as the constant objective.
